Here are the results of the survey, “Does Facebook affect your stress level?”:
Yes, it reduces my stress level : 15%
Yes, it increases my stress level : 33%
No, it does not have an impact on my stress level : 26%
I have no idea, but I would like to know more on this subject : 12%
I am not on Facebook : 13%
Unfortunately, to our knowledge, no study has examined the impact of Facebook on stress. However, in the coming years, the CESH team plans to carry out studies to determine if there is a relation between social network utilization and stress.
