The work of Sonia Lupien presented at the 50th anniversary of the FRQS

For their 50th anniversary, the FRQS proposed a series of portrait of Quebec researchers, highlighting the results of their important work over the years. The work a Sonia Lupien on stress, director of the Centre de recherche de l’Insitut universitaire en santé mentale figures in the most popular videos.

Sonia Lupien, was previously named in the «Top 10 Canadians who make a difference» by MacLean’s in 2003, and made her mark by developing programs to help cope with stress for people of all ages and by developing mobile applications to help people living with mental health problems.  The work of Sonia Lupien (on stress is now renowned internationally.

The Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS) propose a short video on the impact of her research on stress and her international influence in the stress field.
